Arta Branch
We would like to inform you that as of Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the Library will make available the reading room to its users and its face-to-face services, in compliance with the prescribed health protocols.
Analytically:
Opening hours from Monday to Friday are 8.30-15.00
For the use of the reading room and the 4 shared computers, the maximum number of people in the area is 17.
The library has formed three groups of hours (8.30-10.30, 10.45-12.45, 13.00-15.00) for the use of the above and those interested should make an appointment through https://lib.uoi.gr/app platform for the hours and location (reading or studying with PC) they wish. Students can arrange for additional disinfection of the reading place or PC, using the disinfectants available on site.
The use of other shared computers of the library is not allowed. The use of a personal laptop, tablet or mobile phone is allowed.
The use of the bookstack is not allowed. Users should contact the library staff for books/journals they wish and are on the shelves.
Borrowing material: Done via email (library-arta@uoi.gr) or telephone (2681050452).
Material returns: Place the returned material in the corresponding box at the entrance of the library.
Material updates: They will be made through the electronic service “User Account” (enter the barcode of your academic ID and a code of your preference for a pin), or by phone (2681050452) or by email at library-arta@uoi.gr.
Returns of Evdoxos books: Place the books in the corresponding locker at the entrance of the library. Fill in and attach the relevant application form in the mailbox.
Photocopying/printing: The copier may be used for photocopying or printing. These are used via magnetic card that costs 5 euros. Access of up to two (2) people is allowed to the photocopying area of the library.
Other areas of the library: Access / stay in other areas of the library other than the reading room is not allowed.
Preveza Branch
