The Digital Library “Epirus” collects, maintains and displays digital copies of manuscripts, old and newer books, scientific journals and archives from the collections of the University of Ioannina Library.

Special emphasis has been given to material referring to the history and culture of Epirus.

The material of the Digital Library “Epiromnemon” includes:

• Handwritten codes
• Rare valuable books
• Periodicals mainly of the 19th and early 20th century
• Periodicals of Epirus
• Scientific Yearbooks of the University of Ioannina
