The Greek Music Archive belongs to the Department of Folk and Traditional Music and is housed in the Library of the Arta Branch.

Its collection includes digital and analogue audio, image and other audiovisual material (DVD).

The digital database of the Archive includes approximately 25,000 items relating mainly to the Greek musical tradition (folk and urban). There are also documents concerning world music, as well as evidence of classical music.
