The Library of the University of Ioannina consists of the Central Library and its Branches. The Central Library is housed in a six-storey building in the center of the University Campus of Ioannina and its Branches: in an autonomous building at the University Campus of Arta and in specially designed areas in the University buildings in Preveza and Ioannina (former building of the Technological Educational Institute of Epirus).

The Library has collections of books, scientific journals –printed and electronic-, archives, digital material and offers services to support education and research carried out at the University of Ioannina.
