We’ll try to resolve your query on the spot, but if necessary, we’ll refer your comment to another member of staff who can deal with the issue. If a response cannot be given immediately, you can be informed about this within the next two working days.

Complaint forms are available on the ground floor of the Library. Completed slips should be placed in the complaint box at the Library Exit.
