The Library and Information Center of the University of Ioannina, in its effort to know the degree of satisfaction and the problems faced by its readers – users from its Collections, Services and Infrastructure, conducts through the Quality Assurance Unit of Academic Libraries (MODIPAV) of the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link, which houses in its premises, an Electronic Satisfaction Survey of its Readers – Users.
