The “Quality Assurance Unit of Academic Libraries” (MODIPAV) is an evolution of the “Total Quality Unit of Academic Libraries”<\/a> (MOPAV) that started operating on January 20, 1999 and is housed in the Library of the University of Ioannina.<\/p>\n

The establishment of UPAB was funded by the “Operational Programme Education and Initial Vocational Training” (EPEAEK), with the National Technical University of Athens as Management Body, the Scientific Coordinator of the late NTUA Professor Vasilios Papazoglou and the local manager Dr. George Zachos, Director of the Library and Information Center of the University<\/a> of Ioannina.<\/p>\n

The upgraded operation of MODIPAB was accomplished with the funding and implementation of a relevant Action of the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) within the framework of the Operational Program “Digital Convergence”, with the undersigned as Scientific Coordinator and Dr. George Zachos as the Local Coordinator<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
